HTC and Hot Press team up for the chance to win a great Summer prize!

HTC and Hot Press magazine have teamed up to offer one aspiring photo journalist the opportunity to attend the top summer gigs and report on them in the magazine and online.

The successful candidate  will attend some of Ireland’s top summer gigs, will win the amazing new HTC One to share gig photos, videos and  a personal review in Hot Press and online over the summer months.

10 aspiring photo journalists will be invited  to attend and capture an intimate gig with one of Ireland’s hottest bands, Royseven in Dublin on May 16.  Each of the aspiring photo journalists  will be given a fantastic HTC One featuring the most amazing camera. Each will be briefed on how to get the most from the all-new smartphone with first-of-its-kind dual camera and video button that lets you record HD video and snap photos at the same time. Following the once-off intimate, up-close-and-personal gig, all candidates will share their photos and video with HTC and Hot Press. A selection of photos and video will be published in Hot Press, on hotpress.com, on HTC Ireland’s Facebook page and selected social media sites.

One overall winner will be selected to become the HTC One Hot Press photojournalist and will have the opportunity to report and capture some of the best gigs this summer including Forbidden Fruit, Snow Patrol, Florence + Machine and Electric Picnic. Each gig review, photos and video will be published in Hot Press, on hotpress.com and HTC Ireland’s Facebook page.

How to enter:

To be in with a chance of winning this amazing prize, all you have to do is submit three of your best photos to htccomp@hotpress.ie by the April 24, plus no more than 50 words on why you have selected these three photos.
