Meteor to Launch Facebook Shop!!

A first in Ireland, Meteor – The Android Experts – are about the launch a Facebook Shop! Meteor Pay As You Go customers will be able to browse and buy a selection of phones right on Facebook! I’ve had a sneak preview of the store and I have to say, color me impressed! It’s slick looking, quick and does what it says on the tin! This is potentially a game changer! Allowing people to purchase credit, and now phones, from within Facebook is very impressive and shows Meteors commitment to reaching out to it’s customers and keeping things as simple as possible when it comes to people interacting with Meteor (be it in a support role or in shopping role).

In the Facebook Shop, you’ll be able to check out the phones, pics of the phones, tech specs and pricing info. You can also share what you’ve seen if you’d like to recommend one to a friend! (which is nice!). When completing a transaction, you’ll be brought to Meteors Online Store where you can complete the transaction safely and securely!

The phones in the Facebook Shop are priced the same as on Meteors Online Shop, BUT as a little thank you to everyone out there who’s “Like”d Meteors Facebook Page, you get an extra €10 credit when you purchase the phone through the Facebook Shop.
