HTC Bravo caught in the wild
Well… is this the start of a splurge of candid shots of upcoming HTC phones – I hope so.

The first to break cover is the HTC Bravo. The Bravo is essentially the Google Nexus One with some design “tweaks”. Instead of the silly track ball of the Nexus One, the Bravo has a brand new “Optical Trackpad” (which is essentially an upside down optical mouse that tracks your finger as it moves over it). Other than that, what we know is that the Bravo should be spec’d the same as the Nexus One – 3.7 AMOLED Screen, 5mp Camera, 3.5mm Jack, 3g, Wifi, GPS, etc…
The Bravo should also have Andriod 2.1 along with HTC’s own Sense UI. Personally, this is the phone I’m waiting for (unless Apple pulls something completely out of left field with the upcoming iPhone v4 – both hardware and software wise). If the rumored April time frame for the Bravo to launch is true, then it can’t come soon enough!
