E3 2010: New Smaller Xbox 360?

Not only have a number of sources been saying us that a mini-Xbox 360 is coming, but now ads for the device appear to be popping up on some international sites. The ads say it is compatible with “Kinect”, has built-in Wi-Fi and that it sports a 250GB harddrive.
