Sly Cooper wants your treasure!
This is pretty cool, Sony are holding a design competition where you design your own treasure and you could see it transformed into in-game objects in the latest Sly Cooper PlayStation3 title!
Now you can immerse yourself even further into the action-packed adventures of Sly Cooper by winning the chance to see your very own creations in-game, Sony has revealed.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is the latest instalment of the critically-acclaimed franchise which sees Sly, a sneaky raccoon descendant of a long line of master thieves, embark on another mischievous journey with his loyal friends Murray and Bentley. After discovering that the pages of the precious Thievius Racconoos – the Cooper family’s book of thievery tricks – are vanishing, Sly must travel through the ages to discover what’s going on and protect the precious secrets of the Cooper clan.
To mark the launch of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time for PS3 later this year, fans are invited set their imaginations free and design treasures that Sly and his gang might find on their adventures through time. Creations can be hand drawn, or created using any relevant computer program. The designs can be simple or intricate but they must be submitted with a short description of what the treasure is and what it represents.
ALL the competition entries will all be sent to Sanzaru Studios and the team behind Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will pick their eight favourite designs; these lucky winners will have their ideas transformed into in-game objects. Runners up will also win a PlayStation Vita, the groundbreaking new portable gaming system from Sony Computer Entertainment.
The competition is open until May 20th 2012 and can be entered by visiting eu.playstation.com/slycompetition. All entries must be submitted with a description of their design.
