Oh AMY! Lexis are really aiming to scare the pants off you with this one.

Lexis Numberique have released the very first trailer for their PSN/XBLA horror title AMY at Gamescom 2011.

Lexis Numberique, one of the biggest independent game design studios in Europe and yesterday they unveiled more a trailer and details surrounding the storyline and gameplay balance of AMY.

Some of you may know the name but none other than industry veteran, Paul Cuisset, is heading up the Dev team on this unique survival game horror title. Cuisset is best known for doing the DOS and PS1 classic “Fade To Black”.

The game is a survival horror/action adventure game, where players must protect, and escort the strange 8-year-old autistic title character as they try to get her out of a city overrun with wild creatures and enemies. The story follows Amy and Lana (who players control), a woman who is trying to protect and save her in the disease-ridden town. They must work together to fight or flee from the aberrations, demons, and the military, in the hope of saving not only each other, but also the future of humanity itself.

The trailer doesn’t give to much away other than what we know already but you can tell that Lexis are really aiming to scare the pants off you with this one.

Without give away to much, watch this trailer till the very end. I have the feeling this is going to be a good one when it’s released later this Autumn. Check out the trailer below.
